Bromberg, LLC operates via retainer-based agreements, with each contract lasting one to four months. These limited-duration agreements are intended to ensure regular — but not constant — check-ins on client satisfaction and engagement size and scope. You should expect to see benefit early in our relationship, plus an unending drive to continually improve your company’s results.

Step 1: Efficiently
assess your company’s current situation. Through discussions with leadership and employees, I evaluate and report back on productivity, quality, employee satisfaction, and company’s overall ability to promote and sustain growing success.

Step 2: Working with leadership,
identify top improvement priorities for revenue generation, workflow, employee alignment and development, management practices, and improved definition and focus on overall strategy and goals.

Step 3:
Make good things happen. Plan the work and work the plan.

Step 4:
Evaluate results. Verify progress, and determine leadership and employee satisfaction.

Step 5:
Define next steps. With improved results now in hand, clients can decide to repeat the process with me, or move on.
